  • Built a Performance Review System to support KPI evaluation process
  • Created a Monthly Expenses platform to streamline company reimbursement procedures
  • Maintained and enhanced Howden Benefits, a health insurance application
  • Designed and Created a Claim Reimbursement portal for self-submitted health insurance claims
  • Developed a Claim Management System to enable claim teams to review and process incoming claims
